- Instructions:
- Prepare brown butter and let cool.
- Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake 8–10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one.
- Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla bean, flour, and salt.
- Pour filling into crust. Bake in water bath at 325°F for 60–70 minutes.
- Cool in oven, then refrigerate overnight.
- Drizzle with brown butter before serving.
