  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract optional but highly recommended

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or ¾ cup frozen raspberries not thawed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar for rolling the cookies
