  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1 tsp almond extract optional
  • - 1 cup pistachios chopped
  • - 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • - Zest of 1 orange
  • - Optional melted chocolate for dipping

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add eggs and extracts, stir to combine.
  5. Fold in pistachios, cranberries, and orange zest.
  6. Shape into 2 logs, bake 25 min.
  7. Cool slightly, slice, and bake 10–12 min per side.
  8. Optional: dip in chocolate.
