- Instructions:
- Place Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave (30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth).
- Stir in strawberry cake mix until fully blended.
- Pour melted mixture over cereal and gently stir until all pieces are coated.
- In a large zip-top bag, combine powdered sugar and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Add coated cereal to the bag, seal, and shake until well covered.
- Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool for 15–20 minutes.
- Stir in mini Oreos, marshmallows, and sprinkles. Drizzle with melted candy melts if desired.
- Serve in a large bowl or portion into cups/bags for parties.
