- Instructions:
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into halves or quarters.
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil and parboil potatoes for 7 minutes. Drain and pat dry completely.
- In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add the potatoes, season with paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes without stirring to form a crispy crust.
- Flip and continue cooking until golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 10 minutes total).
- Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving hot.
