  • 2 large apples Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips optional, for drizzle
  • ¼ cup crushed pecans walnuts, or almonds
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread into a rectangle base on parchment.
  4. Slice apples thinly, pat dry, and arrange evenly over the chocolate layer.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
  6. Sprinkle crushed nuts and drizzle melted white chocolate on top (optional).
  7. Chill in refrigerator 20–30 minutes until set. Break into bark pieces and serve.
