  • 8 oz 225 g lump crab meat (or imitation crab, chopped)
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • For the Creamy Cajun Dressing:
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 –2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning adjust for spice level
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
