  • 1 ½ cups cranberry sauce homemade or canned
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or white cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest optional, for brightness
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Crackers crostini, or breadsticks (for serving)

Method

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Spoon the cranberry sauce evenly over the top.
  6. (Optional) Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and add a touch of orange zest.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and slightly golden at the edges.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh rosemary and whole cranberries.
  9. Serve warm with crackers, crostini, or breadsticks.

Notes

For extra crunch, sprinkle chopped toasted pecans on top before baking.
Use low-fat cream cheese if you want a lighter version.
