  • 15 ml pure maple syrup or raw honey adjust to taste
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • Spices / Seasoning
  • 2 g ground cinnamon
  • 1 g ground turmeric
  • 1 g ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper enhances turmeric absorption
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt
  • Optional:
  • 20 ml coconut cream for extra richness
  • 2 –3 marshmallows for serving
  • Freshly grated nutmeg to finish
