  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

  • Salt, to taste

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Sliced jalapeños
