Halloween Eyeball Jello Shots recipe

  • 1 box strawberry jello (or raspberry/cherry for a red effect)

  • Boiling water (to dissolve the jello powder)

  • Cold water (to set the jello properly)

  • Candy eyeballs or gummy eyeballs (for decoration)

Instructions

  • n a mixing bowl, dissolve the jello powder in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.

  • Add 1 cup cold water (or juice) and stir well.

  • Pour mixture into small plastic shot cups.

  • Place cups on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

  • Before serving, top each shot with a candy eyeball.

Notes

  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week (without the eyeballs).

  • For extra flavor, substitute cold water with fruit juice such as cranberry, grape, or cherry.

  • Add decorations like gummy worms or sprinkles for extra Halloween fun.
