1 box strawberry jello (or raspberry/cherry for a red effect)
Boiling water (to dissolve the jello powder)
Cold water (to set the jello properly)
Candy eyeballs or gummy eyeballs (for decoration)

Instructions

n a mixing bowl, dissolve the jello powder in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Add 1 cup cold water (or juice) and stir well.
Pour mixture into small plastic shot cups.
Place cups on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Before serving, top each shot with a candy eyeball.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week (without the eyeballs).
For extra flavor, substitute cold water with fruit juice such as cranberry, grape, or cherry.
Add decorations like gummy worms or sprinkles for extra Halloween fun.
